In accordance with its obligations, Brault & Martineau set up a pay equity committee in 2012. This committee conducted a pay equity study with the entire personnel. Material handler/warehouse worker

Job descriptions:
Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the warehouse worker is in charge of receiving, unloading, storing, preparing orders, loading and shipping all warehouse products sold, in compliance with the standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
• Schooling: High-school diploma
• Experience
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Have basic computer skills
• Experience with normal materials-handling equipment
• Availability to work flexible hours

Customer service clerk (Head office only)

Tasks:
• Answer customers’ questions (directly or by telephone)
• Carry out surveys
