Contest rules

1. Draw

The name of winner(s) will be drawn on week of May 18, 2010. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone on week of May 18, 2010 and informed of the procedure for claiming their prize. Prizes must be accepted in their original condition and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash.

2. Contest entries

Internet entries are limited to one entry per day, per person, per civic address, per telephone number and per e-mail address for the entire duration of the contest. Entries will be accepted up until midnight on Monday May 17, 2010.

Participation on website only. Printed or copied forms and received by conventional mail won’t be accepted.

3. Eligibility criteria

Contest open to residents of Quebec and Ontario. Eligible contest participants must be aged 18 years or older. Brault & Martineau’s employees as well as all individuals living under the same roof as a Brault & Martineau employee are not eligible to participate. No purchase required.

4. General information

Contest entries received by fraudulent or false means or that are counterfeited, garbled, illegible, incomplete or late because of technical, computer or telephone problems or any other error or reason may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Brault & Martineau.

Brault & Martineau will not be held responsible for technical, mechanical, computer, telephone, telecommunications, distribution or production errors and may decide to cancel or retract the contest in the event of such errors, without obligation or further notice and at their sole discretion, subject to approval by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

BBrault & Martineau will not be held responsible for technical errors or difficulties resulting from server, hardware or software malfunctions, transmission problems or loss, alteration or modification of data sent by participants.

Brault & Martineau will not be held responsible for damages caused to users’ systems as a result of their participation in the contest or downloading of information required to enter the contest.

Contest rules and regulations are available, upon request, from Brault & Martineau, 8500 Place Marien, Montreal East, QC H1B 5W8 (include a self-addressed stamped envelope).

The refusal to accept a prize will release Brault & Martineau from their obligations with respect to the said prize, including its delivery.
