Equal Monthly Payments Without Interest Financing

The consumer buys now and pays in equal installments without interest.

Legal Notice

Subject to the approval of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec (“Desjardins”). All annual interest rates indicated are subject to change. The “Equal Monthly Payments, Without Interest” offer allows the customer to use a credit card issued by Desjardins (the “Card”) to pay for a purchase by equal and consecutive installments payable in equal monthly installments without interest. The equal monthly payments are calculated by dividing the financed amount, and, if applicable, sales taxes and Eco-Fees, by the number of months covered by the Equal Monthly Payments offer. The amount of the monthly payments shall appear on the monthly statements of account issued to you as of the purchase. No later than by the due date indicated on the statement of account covering an invoicing period, you will be required to make a single payment covering the monthly installment(s) payable for the period covered by the statement of account, plus, if applicable, all other amounts included in the minimum payment due for the Card, as per the contract. If the monthly payment due is not made in full by the due date, interest will be calculated at the rate of no more than 19.9% annually on all outstanding amounts until the outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

The Card’s grace period is 21 days, without interest, from the end of the billing period, to pay the full statement balance without having to pay any credit charges, except on cash advances. The minimum payment of the Card is between 2% to 5%, depending on the Card, of the total: of the balance shown on the statement for the previous period, the credit charges on purchases and monthly installments that have not been paid on the due date for the current period, regular purchases, cash advances and cheques during the period covered by the statement and credit charges on cash advances and cheques, to which are added: the monthly payment(s) for the statement period, deferred payment purchases due on the statement date, past due amounts and any other amounts provided for in the Card contract. Card available without membership and renewal fees. Details in store.

Deferred Payment Financing

The consumer buys now and pays later without interest throughout the deferral period (“Deferred Payment” type financing).

Legal notice

Subject to the approval of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec (“Desjardins”). All annual interest rates indicated are subject to change. The “Deferred Payment” offer allows the customer to use a credit card issued by Desjardins (the “Card”) to pay for a purchase, without incurring interest during the period set at the time of purchase. If the amount due for the purchase is not paid in full by the due date, an annual interest rate of no more than 21.9% applies from the due date of the payment until the payment is paid in full. The balance of the purchase is converted into equal and consecutive payments due in 12 monthly installments if the converted balance is less than $1,000; 24 monthly installments if the converted balance is equal to or greater than $1,000 and less than $3,000; or in 36 monthly installments if the converted balance is equal or greater than $3,000. The equal monthly payments are calculated by dividing the converted balance – plus interest of up to 21.9% over the entire period covered by the equal and consecutive installment method, and, if applicable, sales taxes and Eco-Fees – by the number of months covered by that period. The amount of the monthly payments shall appear on the monthly statements of account issued to you as of the payment due date.
